A leading independent film group, Bamboo Production has been founded by Marco Belardi, Italian film producer already known for founding Lotus Protuction.
Despite Bamboo Production is a new born in the film industry, it has many projects on development.
Born in 1973, Marco Belardi has been a movie enthusiastic since forever. He graduated at the Roberto Rossellini Cinema and television Institute based in Rome. Just after the school he started attending the Cinecittà movie Studios and dealing with several entertainment agencies.
After founding the Immaginando post-production group in 1996, in 1999 he was one of the two prtners who created the SunFlower Production, a new company that managed with television and entertainment industry.
2003 was the year of the new born Hangar, while in 2004 Marco Belardi founded Lotus Production, the company who signed his success in the movie and entertainment industry.

In 2015 the Leone Film Group bought the Lotus Production company, in this new suit Belardi started his partnership with some directors as Paolo Virzì and Gabriele Muccino.
